Vidyavardhaka Composite PU College (High School Section), Mysuru

Under the aegis of Vidyavardhaka Sangha (Reg.), Vidyavardhaka Composite PU College (High School) was started in the year 1949 to empower & educate the children belonging to economically weaker section. Our school is situated in the heart of the city and has completed its glorious 75 years and has become one of the prestigious schools in Mysuru. Our school has good infrastructure such as class rooms, library, drinking water, separate toilets for boys and girls, computer lab, sufficient sports materials, sports ground, kitchen and also well experienced teaching staffs. Our school intakes students for 8th grade up to 10th grade offering to study in Kannada & English medium. Our students have participated at State and National Level in Sports and Cultural Activities and brought Laurels to the school. Our school with the support of Govt. scheme called PM Poshan Shakti Nirman Yojana, providing Mid-day meals, Ksheerabhagya Yojana (Milk), free textbooks, egg/ banana/ chikki for all students. Students belonging to economically weaker sections are able to get free uniform and notebooks with scholarship.
